varied breakfast daily room clean pool area

breakfast was very varied. rooms were cleaned daily. the pool area were nice and clean too! i loved that the man hosed down the beds, tables and chair late at night, it was ready for the next day.

the air con working in my room was not so strong. other from this i got no complaints!

the hotel was very clean. friendly staff assisted me often. there was plenty of food to choose.

i read recent reviews and was a bit worried. all inclusive guests are not treated the same as other guests. the dessert selection was disappointing.

convenient location good condition rooftop pool area overall cleanliness

the hotel location was convenient, about a 15-minute walk to both the beach and portaventura park. i found the hotel rooms and premises to be in good condition. the rooftop pool area was a bonus, with excellent views for adults only. i also appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel.

the only slight inconvenience was the limited selection of drinks available on the all-inclusive package.

the reception staff provided helpful and friendly service, always available to assist with any inquiries. they facilitated easy access to information, and the overall service was efficient and professional. the staff created a positive atmosphere.
